GeeGee Collection is a contemporary British womenswear brand founded in 2019 by its British born founder Georgia India Crossley, and is based on the principles of creating one of a kind luxury outerwear garments, entirely crafted by hand.

The GeeGee Collection style radiates luxury by combining modern effortless contours that are elevated with bold splashes of colour and embellishments, designed for the free bohemian spirit.The brand instils these codes into the highest standards of quality and refinement with each garment rigorously crafted in Europe, including the fabrics which are handwoven in Italy and France.

The craftsmanship and fabrics of the collections are of the utmost importance to ensure that every individual piece is one of a kind and truly a work of art.

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. The Terms and Conditions combined with our Privacy Policy manages our relationship with you whilst you use this website. Our terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check them regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms and conditions, then you should contact us at contact@geegeecollection.com before placing your order.

Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. All contacts are concluded in English.

AVAILABILITY 

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

DELIVERY

Please visit our delivery page for information on deliveries. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. Where applicable you may be given the choice to pay import duties and taxes in advance at checkout.  As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs not paid for in advance will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. GeeGee Collection is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities. Please see the shipping guide for current delivery costs and delivery dates.

CONTENT We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of GeeGee Collection Ltd. This website, these Terms and Conditions and any contract entered into by the parties as a result of use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

COVID 19 | DELIVERY UPDATES

We are still shipping worldwide and are working hard to ensure timely deliveries.

We are still able to provide worldwide orders and shipments to all of our territories through our trusted courier services, however please note that due to the ongoing situation orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS Domestic orders are dispatched using a trusted tracked delivery service from our head office, once the order has been placed and processed. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Every order will be processed as quickly as possible, but during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 working days. Tracking information for your order will be included within a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

FREE SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES The shipping method we use to send your item(s) varies depending your location. We use a range of trusted courier services and always assure tracking so that your order can be traced with the order number we will send to you in an email after dispatch. Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you need further information about this, please contact your local customs office as customs policies vary widely from country to country. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included, then you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. We do not take responsibility for lost packages. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

RETURN GUIDELINES
We hope you like your GeeGee Collection order, but if for any reason you wish to return it, we can issue you an exchange or refund provided the guidelines listed below are followed. Regretfully this excludes items from our 'Bespoke' service.

ONLINE RETURNS - UK & EU
Item/s must be returned within 20 days of you receiving them. They must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items. It is strongly advised that a secure, insured and tracked delivery service is used as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will be able to issue the refund within 3 working days. Please note that returns can only be made to the card used to purchase the order and it can take 30 working days to show up in your account- this is beyond our control. Returns from the EU must be clearly marked upon your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Failing to do this may incur taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility to pay to your shipper.

 

ONLINE RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items. It is strongly advised that a secure, insured and tracked service is used as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will be able to issue a refund within 7 working days. Please note that returns can only be made to the card used to purchase the order and it can take 30 working days to show up in your account- this is beyond our control. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed. International returns must be clearly marked on your return invoice “Returned goods – No commercial value”. Failing to do this may incur taxes, which will be the customer’s responsibility to pay to your shipper.
 
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item/s, subject to stock availability we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us as fast as possible. They must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We cover shipping for exchange items please email contact@geegeecollection.com to be issues with a return label. Where we cannot exchange, we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

FAULTY GOODS
At GeeGee Collection we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.
