How to return or exchange an item on allto:

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return or exchange your product depending on the vendor's policies. Each allto vendor posts their return and exchange policy on the checkout page at the time of checkout. 

To request a return or an exchange, please follow the following steps:

1.    Sign in to your allto account

2.    Scroll down until you see the "Orders" link and select

3.    Find the order you would like to return and select the link on either the "ID" number or "Date"

4.    On the "Order information" page find and select the link on the top right entitled "Request a replacement or a refund"

5.    On the "Request a Refund or Exchange" page, choose whether you would like to request to "Replace item" or a "Refund" from the drop down menu at the top of the page

6.    Then tick the box beside the product you wish to return and select the "Reason" for your return from the drop down menu on the right side

7.    Fill in any comments you would like to submit and press the "Return" button at the bottom of the page

·      You will then be notified by the vendor if your Return or Exchange Request has been accepted.

If your return or exchange request is accepted:

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Print the return shipping label and attach it to your package.
3Include a copy of the sales receipt.
4Send the parcel to the vendor's address (found on the invoice)
5After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to

If the vendor you purchased your product from does not accept returns and you feel the product was misrepresented in the listing, you may be able to open a case with allto. (Please contact us at
