By accessing and placing an order with Chic Pig, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Chic Pig.

Under no circumstances shall Chic Pig team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Chic Pig team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Chic Pig will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Chic Pig products can be ordered on the chicpig.com website or by email at hallo@chicpig.com and can be delivered worldwide.

Product Conformity

For each product selected on the site, a summary page will be automatically displayed, including the photo of the article, its colors and references, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be sent to our e-shop for processing. If every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of Chic Pig products whose photos are posted on the chicpig.com website are faithful to the original products, variations may occur, in particular because of the technical limitations of color rendition on your computer equipment and by handcrafting our jewelry (each piece is uniquely made). Therefore, Chic Pig can not be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies of photographs or graphical representations of products appearing on the site chicpig.com. Chic Pig has the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if Chic Pig reasonably believes that this customer has breached these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in any activity fraudulent, or for any other legitimate reason.

Availability - Purchase

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible, by offering you to order another article presented on the site chicpig.com in replacement or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded within 30 days of payment if your bank account has been debited.

Chic Pig has the right to change at any time and without notice articles offered on the chicpig.com website.

Order validation - Purchase

Upon order validation, your order is sent to Chic Pig for processing. It may only be modified or canceled in the conditions expressly provided for in these General Conditions of Sale or in the conditions required by the law in force. The validation of your order is worth your acceptance of the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale. A summary of your order will be sent to you by e-mail.

The data recorded by the website chicpig.com constitute the proof of all transactions between Chic Pig and its customers. In the event of a conflict between Chic Pig and one of its customers on a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by Chic Pig are considered irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.

Price - Payment - Purchase

The prices of Chic Pig products are indicated in euros including VAT. Delivery charges may be added to the amount of your order.

All custom fees related to your shipment are entirely your responsibility.

Chic Pig has the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the products offered on the chicpig.com website. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates posted on the site chicpig.com at the time of the validation of your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this moment.

All orders placed on the site nachbijoux.com must be paid immediately after the validation of your order. We only accept payments by Credit Card or Paypal.

The shipping of your order takes place only after verification of your mode of payment and reception of the debit authorization of your card.

Retention of title - Purchase

The ordered products remain the property of Chic Pig until full collection of the price by Chic Pig. In case of payment incident, you agree to return to Chic Pig the products received and this, from the first request.

On the other hand, you assume the risks (in particular of loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the delivered products and this on the actual date of delivery.

Shipments and Deliveries - Delivery Area

Chic Pig products ordered on the chicpig.com website can be delivered worldwide.

Products are shipped to the delivery address you specified during the order process. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address indicated in your order

Shipments and Deliveries - Delivery Time

Chic Pig commits to deliver as fast as possible, but you must know that each product is hand-made and hand painted, so, depending on the availability of the products, the delivery may take between 5 to 14 days to be dispatched, and then will go accordingly to the delivery method selected at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery - Delivery Issues

Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to Chic Pig as soon as possible. Any complaint made beyond 30 calendar days after the date of validation of your order can not be taken into account.

You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and any anomalies found (open package, damaged product, etc.) by contacting Chic Pig by email hallo@chicpig.com.

Returns - Exchanges

In case of nonconformity of the purchased products compared to the order you can return them or ask for an exchange by email hallo@chicpig.com.

You have the option to return for an exchange request any product ordered on the site chicpig.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

In case of exchange

If the amount of the product(s) chosen in replacement has a value greater than the amount of the product(s) returned, you will have to pay the difference in price in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If the amount of the product (s) chosen in replacement has a value lower than the amount of the product (s) returned (s), the price difference will be refunded by Chic Pig in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

In case of exchange, the cost of returning items are the responsibility of the customer, shipping costs of the first delivery are not refunded but the shipping costs of the second shipment are offered. Only one exchange per order and reference is possible.

In case of request for a refund under the right of withdrawal, you have the option to make a request to return any product ordered on the site chicpig.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. Chic Pig commits to make the refund within 30 working days of receipt of returned products. The refund can be in the form of a credit to use on chicpig.com or directly via the means of payment used during the passage of the order. The refund will occur in any event no later than 30 days after the notification of your right of withdrawal.

In both cases (exchange or refund), the transport costs incurred by the return of the products are only refunded to you in case this return is justified by the non-conformity of the delivered products (reference error, damaged product, etc.).

Chic Pig has the flexibility to decide if the products are in their original state when they are returned to chicpig.com.

Chic Pig will not be responsible in case of loss, sending to the wrong address or late delivery of a product you want to return to the site chicpig.com, to the extent that the transport risks you choose and you initiate, rely on you alone.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will Chic Pig be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or incidental damages, including but not limited to the operating loss, loss of profit or loss resulting from the purchase of Chic Pig products. on the website chicpig.com.

Applicable law - Litigation
