Shipping costs you nothing. We cover the cost to get it to you. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Return
We want you to look amazing when wearing your Vustra shirt. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept unworn items, for return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Send us an email us at orders@shopvustra.com We will email you prepaid postage for your return.
Packing & Shipping
Place the return item in the box we sent you. Attach/paste received return label from us and drop off to nearest USPS or UPS location.
Refund
Once your return item is received to our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued.
Environmental Return Note
Since our initiative is to help save environment and movement towards organic apparel. Please make sure you only order shirts you intend to keep. Because returning product increases carbon footprint. We really need your help to return the shirt in an unused, not washed, stain-free condition. We’ll take care of the refund, if you take care of the shirt.
