DELIVERY

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS - RETURNS
You are responsible to inspect the Products upon delivery to check that your order is complete and undamaged. Should there be any problem with your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within 72 hours of receipt of the Products.
Damaged Packages: If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately. We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Returns: Kear products are made from highly specialised natural ingredients we source from family-owned farms, cooperatives and local farmers in modern laboratories and according to all EU regulations. Due to the unique nature of these ingredients, we do not accept returns of open products, unless they are defective upon arrival. In that case, please contact us with photos of the defective product, so that we arrange for an exchange of the same product.
